I wish I could give this place zero stars the manager there does not care about issues with the units I have a townhouse and my neighbors are roach infested and eventually of course the roaches began to migrate to my house when I brought it the management companies attention they sent out an exterminator which did not work when I hired and paid for my own ex 2018-02-15T19:53:30Z
I wish I could give this place zero stars the manager there does not care about issues with the units I have a townhouse and my neighbors are roach infested and eventually of course the roaches began to migrate to my house when I brought it the management companies attention they sent out an exterminator which did not work when I hired and paid for my own exterminator the issue had apparently grown too bad and the extermination wasnt working shortly after I readdressed the issue once again with the property manager and requested a transfer to avoid the issue altogether the property managers stated that it wasnt that big of an issue to her and that I would essentially just have to deal with so as pretty and nice as look on the outside they are truly a nightmare to live in more ... hide ...

I cannot believe the way they process the clientele I left there in tears after thinking my ex could come off the street and have a place to stay I have tried everything within my power but the Director must have her own list of people she is processing I cannot express my disbelief at her

I am a furniture delivery professional that had a delivery at Morningside Court apartments When the delivery was complete I was met by the building janitor a 56 Hispanic gentleman wearing a baseball cap who was completely unprofessional verbally abusive and irrate without justification I later found out that it was part of his jobresponsibility to inform the 2022-06-09T20:49:22Z
I am a furniture delivery professional that had a delivery at Morningside Court apartments When the delivery was complete I was met by the building janitor a 56 Hispanic gentleman wearing a baseball cap who was completely unprofessional verbally abusive and irrate without justification I later found out that it was part of his jobresponsibility to inform the delivery people of the proper procedure and protocols however he did not make me and my coworker aware of any guidelines and instead took it upon himself to insult us as well as be aggressive and offensive I actually thought he was going to take a physical swing at me That is no way for a person to act while at work that is no way to treat people for just doing their job or anybody especially in a senior residence That building janitor or manager definitely needs to be repramanded and retrained or fired more ... hide ...
