My Grandma has been a resident here since 2004 The security staff is great but the women in that office needs to be reevaluated They have no respect for the residents of this building Catholic Charitys needs to make some changes in that office cause the staff aint right at all A office full of disrespectful lazy women

Property manager is mean for no reason Treat visitor and some tenants with no respect I suggest you not move your elderly here only because of manager reasons Margaret Ford was a wonderful lady they need new manager in place running that business

Poorly maintained building and an unprofessional security staff The security staff needs training as to how to interact with residents and visitors to the building The decor of the building is quite lacking and gloomy
