Nice building runned by horrible management Ive been living here for more than two years and the building managers keep changing One after another more and more incompetent and unorganized building managers come to work here I dont know how they get the jobs but I have that feeling that Holsten Management just takes some kind of people from the streets and 2018-10-02T22:38:38Z
Nice building runned by horrible management Ive been living here for more than two years and the building managers keep changing One after another more and more incompetent and unorganized building managers come to work here I dont know how they get the jobs but I have that feeling that Holsten Management just takes some kind of people from the streets and makes them building managers They dont get proper trainings and dont even know the building policies and how does this building operate but somehow they became managers lease renewal is ridiculously slow and difficult process Doretha Coleman and Brian Washington dont even know what the building pet policy is and for five months they keep giving me different information and refuse to give me the pet policy in writing Neighbors have dogs Sometimes they pee in the elevator Brian Washington doesnt even know how the heating system works so he can explain the tenants what part of the heat is covered by the management company and what part is covered by the tenant Not to mention that the ventilation system is so cheaply made that when neighbors smoke heavily into their apartments the cigarette smoke comes into my apartment This is a drug free building but tenants smoke marijuana and the whole summer when I open the windows I breathe smell of marijuana coming from neighbors who smoke undisturbed on their balcony Otherwise apartments are nice neighbors are nice security and maintenance guys are nice building is very nice but it is in the wrong hands Sad more ... hide ...
