Lived here 3 years the property cant keep a manager maintenance man or even fix the washer that has had a broken pipe since winter When a neighbor tells them you have a higher paying job an they try to evict you an you show them your pay stub from your real job the manager they have filling in would rather believe the neighbor then calling to verify because 2019-07-10T19:12:09Z

My mom lived here until she passed last year Very nice I am amazed at how nice the whole place is The grounds are beautiful with plenty of space for a family get together cookout The apartments are up to date and maintained very well the staff is very friendly A great place to feel comfortable and at home in The on site commodities are amazing which in 2019-11-14T15:31:15Z

Dirty disgusting and unkempt apartments Terrible quality of life living here There are NO bathrooms for any employees pot holes the size of Texas nothing is up to date Bed bugs roaches and other disgusting insects roam wild Management does as little as possible to repair and maintain apartments Definitely not up to code on anything on site A true slum hazard 2021-11-22T14:48:11Z

As far as living in Lincoln IL Brainard Landings was a big step above any apartment you can get It is section 42 housing which puts some limitations as far as who can live there income wise but has lots of perks like on site laundry a pool an exercise facility small but has a lot of equipment and a little dog park area Some neighbors could get annoying but 2013-10-02T16:18:14Z
