Ive had problems since even before I moved in They made it extremely hard for me to get an apartment Then when I finally did I had a notice on my front door every week There are mandatory meetings and if you have a busy schedule and cant attend you will be evicted This is more like living in a college dormitory I feel like I have no privacy The people that w 2016-04-05T17:31:43Z

Office manager is very nice often busy very proactive We had Dogs come that SNIFF out bedbugsnService coordinator has all the info you need extremely helpful and kindnMaitnence is friendly and quick to repair

Lived there for 2 years and loved it Great staff and nice neighbors My apartment faced I74 bridge and the view of the bike path and sunrises where absolutely gorgeous Only problems you might encounter is construction detours and traffic backup on River Drive due to Tax Slayer events and train But I would recommend this place to anyone

Excellent place to live The upkeep is amazing They usually respond the same day with and apartment issue The staff is friendly and go out of their way to help with any issue If someone has a problem with living here its probably THEIR problem For real

While visiting family and friends the grounds keepers and maintenance staff are very friendly and do everything to keep the parking lots and grounds litter free and remind the children there to play more on the grassy areas than the parking areas for their safety The staff greet everyone and will joke with you and ask if you need anything while you are visit 2018-01-25T12:12:49Z
