Before this complex changed to Parkwood Common neighborhood was told it would be a much better complex It is not The liter going in and coming out of this complex is horrendous I have lived in this neighborhood for 47 years and have never seen the amount of liter that is around there now I have spent the last 6 months picking up liter weekly I think the 2021-08-11T02:19:46Z

I have been here for 3yrs now Had to threaten to sue because of a hand rail that needed to be replaced was taking 6 months No handrail because of a maintenance issue It was a hand rail for outdoor stairs Excuses excuses and excuses Also for the first year and a half had to deal with roaches Finally it got taken care of I enjoyed the pool the most I really 2022-02-22T07:59:05Z
