I was very excited to move into these luxury apartments after graduating and living a couple years in college apartments I have to say though I was left underwhelmed by the time I moved out after a year In considering my honest thoughts please know that I believe strongly in giving credit where credit is due and I am NOT one to complainnnProsnThe apartments are beautiful on the surface and modernnWalkin closet in master bedroomnSeveral unit sizes and layoutsnNest thermostats work beautifully whether controlled from in the unit or from your phone and the eco feature was wonderful and wellusednEveryone in the office and all maintenance personnel are extremely kind and willing to helpnWonderful locationnPet and family friendlynnConsnTiny kitchen and second nonmaster bedroomnA fresh coat of paint slathered on shoddy construction closet doors fall off hinges and our front door wasnt even made for our carpeted unit leaving a gaping hole inviting air out and bugs in and neither pest control nor a new door seal have the ability to fix itnPoor plumbing bathtub drains didnt hold water well in tub or drain well during showers and toilet pressure is lownMaintenance requests are taken seriously but you cant count on always getting someone to your unit when promised and you definitely cant count on the courtesy call before handnYou will smell and hear EVERYTHING coming from your neighbors especially when sandwiched in a middle unitnPets welcome but at a cost Expect to pay pet rent that doesnt cover damagesnEven if you shampoo your carpet several times throughout your stay and leave your apartment smelling like nothing but bleach and soap at move out you will be charged for SOMETHING like pet damages that the aforementioned pet rent does NOT cover Contacting management about this concern leads to absolutely nothing more ... hide ...

This is NOT the place to live Its full of bugs cant use the pool and dont have working washer and dyers All the landlord is worried about is money I wouldnt suggest this place to my worst enemy

The place is good to live but there is a lot of things that the management and the owner is not good at all I lived there for an year all my maintenances were done on timenComing to the issues when I signed the lease I was told that I could do a month to month after the end of 1 year but they turned the back on me after the year endednThe worst thing that they did was instead of returning my security deposit they posted another 15 on top of what they should give me After an year there is supposed to be some wear and tear and it is mentioned on the lease as well but they started penny picking things which meant that am not getting my deposit backnI had lived at multiple places and have never had anyone done this to menJust giving a heads up that you will not get your money back more ... hide ...

I was the maint super there from 20002003 Everything negative written here was negative then They were up dating the appearance 20 years ago when I was there U get no hot water bc ur water heater is smaller than a kitchen garbage can The hot water to the washing machines in the hall is turned off by a timer so u never get a hot water wash If u live facing th 2022-02-25T21:14:57Z

Activities is great Kelsey does lots of actictivites We get to go out to the Otanical gardens the bowling alley movies walks on the Riverfront and more also our activities assistant is the bomb She teaches us how to cook does crafts with us is always a good listener She works very hard on spa day to get as many people taken care of as possible One resident h 2022-06-20T23:55:34Z
Activities is great Kelsey does lots of actictivites We get to go out to the Otanical gardens the bowling alley movies walks on the Riverfront and more also our activities assistant is the bomb She teaches us how to cook does crafts with us is always a good listener She works very hard on spa day to get as many people taken care of as possible One resident has very long hair and is paralizied on one side She has trouble getting help to wash and braid her hair But it gets done on spa day The room is always full with people waiting there turn We have a few great aides Latima will do absolutely anything you ask of her Anything She has even stayed past her shift to complete a task so she knows it gets done Also T is very good She can always make you smile And our new aide Malika wow She is the only one that will help me with my laundrydespite the fact that I have a shoulder injury and my doctor told me not to do laundry the other aides refuse to help Even though I have been asking for months We unfortunately have aides that dont care anything about the residents They wont speak to you answer your lites or give you help in any way Whe when you call the building numer all you get is a rreording they are only here for the paycheck more ... hide ...

The apartments arent too bad My unit had a washer and dryer and it was a large two bedroom It was roach infested when I first moved in And I had some very inconsiderate loud neighbors There was always trash thrown on the ground and the mailroom was always a big mess Otherwise it is what you make of it I kept to myself so I had no real issues

Horrible maintenance never fix anything very lazy staff most horrible place to live wouldnt recommend
