Ive been living at Kings Court for a year now This is my first apartment Ive been staying at on my own and its a good start The units are nice and roomy The laundry rooms are convenient and saves me trips to the laundromat There are many places within walking distance such as Walgreens and a Thorntons Having a bus stop nearby is also very helpful for those who dont own a car The park close by is also very nice The people at the leasing office are also courteous and understanding Overall my stay here has been pleasant so far The only issues Ive had are the crammed driveway on the side of the 2801 building paralell parking can be difficult for guests as well as having to watch out for a package thief who most likely isnt here anymore anyway more ... hide ...

i have been a resident here at fountain square senior apartments since the fall of 2013 I am single and have always felt safe The parking lot is lit well The security doors and surveillance cameras are always in good working order Property and apartment maintenance is managed very well by Julio The office staff is friendly caring and smart I would recommend 2020-02-15T22:34:09Z

I have been here for almost 4 years I moved in right before the upgrades When i first moved in it was NOT roaches here Within the last year i started seeing roaches i am neat freak guest i dont do clearly they were brought in by new tenants Some of the new upgrades are damaged due to tenants The so called security they have is useless Tenants would live the 2022-07-20T11:56:56Z
I have been here for almost 4 years I moved in right before the upgrades When i first moved in it was NOT roaches here Within the last year i started seeing roaches i am neat freak guest i dont do clearly they were brought in by new tenants Some of the new upgrades are damaged due to tenants The so called security they have is useless Tenants would live the main door open or have something in the door to keep it unlocked because they dont have keys which is a safety hazard The pool has been closed since a few weeks after i moved in which is odd still close to this day Seem like the police stay here every week almost Outside of those issues i do like my apartment I am updating this review This place is a joke it is amazing to me how memos can be passed out about towing people cars over silly things money hungry but i have yet to see any notices about safety the theft that goes on here or the fact that it is okay for pple to damage your cars and nothing is done Landlord crying about flowers thats maybe worth 10 compared to having to pay over 500 for car repairs This will be my last year in this building I rather move back to Chicago then stay here at least MOST of their landlords treat every race FAIRLY more ... hide ...

I like the apartments there newly remodeled with new appliances stove refrigerator Leasing manager of wispering oaks apartments Erin is very nice and the office staff Gloria Ann are very nice The property is kept very well manicured the grass cut and the buildings are kept clean the hallways are very clean and nice looking Very safe place good security the 2022-05-27T15:59:35Z
