I give two stars for a couple people who work there who seem like they have kind heartsI am grateful for those two and to them I give 5 starsMy name and my picture exposes who I am I have worked with clients who were on housingI have worked at the college with students who were on housingand I myself was on it 2009First if I may begin with a story from a student workerAfter her abusive husband left her with two children under 2 she went in the McHenry Housing and applied She without a car had various family and friends drive her Day of her appointment housing worker spoke harshly about paper work and asked questions in a unkind toneAt one point she was asked how she payed for the cigerettes she smelled likeShe explained that the family member that provided her with a ride to housing was smoking in the car and she had never smokedI could give 30 stories but this is getting longnIf I worked there I would treat everyone with kindness and respect more ... hide ...

They paint your house what ever ugly color they want they dont salt the roads or clean the poo pond But complain about dog poo or kids sitting on their own porch They are expensive for the crappiness

Absolutely horrible management and staff They have all these training days well they need a new trainer because none of them can do their jobs Lease was up in March and we moved out in March and we are still being contacted about rent and we havnt lived there in months Its almost June and they want 4000 for rent for a place we no longer live at Went to turn 2022-05-27T21:58:34Z

Landlords are condescending and dont take care of the tenants We have regular issues in the building and they do nothing about it and when we have issues in our actual apartment they are rude and blame the tenant for the issue Its the cheapest apartment but definitely not worth it

My husband and I have lived here since 2015 we love it here and our moving to take care of grand baby I cant say enough about how great it is here The office staff maintenance men cleaning girls are so awesome They keep the grounds beautiful everyday the halls are always clean laundry room clean and working machines pool was awesome until COVID 19nIm going t 2020-10-15T15:12:07Z
