In early May my brother came in to inquire about an apartment he met with Dejona EdwardCoffee He explained to her that we were in the process of getting our moms home ready to close as she recently passed away She had him fill out an application and said 1st availability for a apartment would be July 20th My brothers application was approved with an antic 2022-08-09T00:28:26Z
In early May my brother came in to inquire about an apartment he met with Dejona EdwardCoffee He explained to her that we were in the process of getting our moms home ready to close as she recently passed away She had him fill out an application and said 1st availability for a apartment would be July 20th My brothers application was approved with an anticipated move in date on the 20th or possibly sooner Several times he would try to reach out to Dejona stopping by or calling office to get updates No return phone calls On July 9th he again stopped in and asked was there a deposit or lease to to be signed to secure and make sure he had a place to move and show verification that he has a apartment since time was of the essence She told him no we dont take deposits but proceeded to send him a welcome letter that gave information of what utilities needed to be connected etc But no apartment address on number On July 20th my brother made other arrangements as he moved from our mothers home Still nothing from Dejona on July 21st he received a call from your company but no message This whole experience has been stressful not just for my brother but for his siblings that we all were managing the closing of our mothers home and getting him moved I dont know any apartment complex that doesnt allow you to sign a lease on apartment that is scheduled to be avail prior to the available date and give security deposit etc Communicate with future tenant or say we cant accommodate your requestnnUpdate 8822nDejona please do better after above review and speaking with you and you were to provide call records of so called communication which you did not call back to supply You instead sent a bogus move out statement keep in mind no lease or address were ever given with an address on this statement with zero balance But where was the move in statement Or more importantly a lease attached Oh wait there was never a lease signed or move in unethical practices Yes feel free to respond with some more BS more ... hide ...

Under new management of which the new lady that runs the place is very very rude I as a contractor was made to run back and fourth from truck to the area which I was to complete the work I guess too much for her liking I was accused of being some sort of suspicious person by doing such acts that were required to complete the work and my job as necessary At t 2020-07-31T15:31:41Z

I love living here Its quiet and the management responds swiftly to inquiriesnnThe location is perfect for me I walk to Church work and many businesses I rarely have to use my carnnI appreciate utilities being included in the rent This helps with budgeting If youre frugal this is a great place to live Im grateful to be here
