My roommate and I were supposed to move in today Weve had an apartment reserved close to a month at this point and have called them multiple times a week through this process to make sure we were getting all of our paperwork in and were ready to move in We show up today to sign the lease and we are told that the lady in charge of our account quit and deleted 2021-06-26T23:23:47Z

Apartment was not move in ready I requested a walkthrough as everyone is entitled to before moving in a new home and was denied the request stating I could perform the movein checklist and turn it into the office 72 hours after moving in There were dead bugs on the kitchen floor dead spiders in the master bathroom a strong musty odor that lasted weeks the 2n 2022-05-19T02:27:36Z
Apartment was not move in ready I requested a walkthrough as everyone is entitled to before moving in a new home and was denied the request stating I could perform the movein checklist and turn it into the office 72 hours after moving in There were dead bugs on the kitchen floor dead spiders in the master bathroom a strong musty odor that lasted weeks the 2nd bathroom toilet would not flush vent covers were off the bathroom vents and located in the 2nd bathrooms tub for whatever reason the ice machine to the fridge doesnt work still doesnt work no batteries in the smoke alarm the prior tenant obviously had children because there are several spots on the kitchen floor colored in crayon still there the kitchen sink water dripped after being off the master bathroom sink drawer is uneven nothing repainted and the master bathroom sink and shower leak water all daynight master bathroom toilet seat was loose like someone surfed on it It was a laundry list of things that were NOT completed prior to moving in for 1130month in rent I submitted several maintenance request to have these things fixed in which majority was done after calling several times to get someone out here They advertise that water is included however it is added to your rent therefore it is not free If other apartments were available in the area I would not have selected this apartment I now have an active maintenance request since 50622 for the constant water in the master bathroom sink and shower that has been ignored Very upsetting more ... hide ...

My boyfriend and I moved here in the summer We have been nothing but happy with the management since we got here Leasing was easy The husband and wife team that run the office and kind efficient and really helpful They genuinely give a crap about the people who live there and that really means a lot to us The maintenance staff is also awesome too they are al 2016-03-07T05:12:50Z
My boyfriend and I moved here in the summer We have been nothing but happy with the management since we got here Leasing was easy The husband and wife team that run the office and kind efficient and really helpful They genuinely give a crap about the people who live there and that really means a lot to us The maintenance staff is also awesome too they are also really helpful and always fast to fix things is there is an issue The neighbors are nice and quiet no thin walls here or hooligans partying all hours of the day an night They do background checks and care about who they let in There is a small laundry facility on site but many apartments offer washer dryer hookups or come with them I think Ours had a hookup and we got a set eventually maintenance was even helpful enough to switch the plug on the back of my washer which is way beyond the call of duty Fox point is also close to a dog park so if you have a puppy or a cat lol you can take them for a walk We love it here Think you would too more ... hide ...
