I would like to start off by saying that it should give you the option to give a 0 star to this company I have never dealt with such awful people they are beyond rude and very disrespectful I would NEVER recommend this apartment complex to anyone in my life I had a great start with coventry court townhomes Cali helped me with my application was real nice and helpful throughout the whole process however my apartment was not cleaned as promised I could tell that the carpets were not new but had just been cleaned there was a very notable patch of carpet that was replaced in the doorway to the master bedroom At one point I had to pull the fridge out to get something that went under it and it was absolutely disgusting you could definitely tell that it had not been cleaned for a very long time On 21121 at around 830 pm my kitchen celling started leaking after giving my son a shower the water had seeped through the tiles I contacted the emergency maintenance number to inform him of the issue He did eventually come out to my apartment but due to the time he said nothing could be done till next day He came back out the next day while I was at work I thought the issue would have been somewhat fixed but instead he put up a piece of plastic on the tiles and left me a note that said I would need to contact the office to schedule a two day repair but no effort was made to contact me to let me know when I could expect a start date for repairs Once I started to call the office and requested for maintenance come and fix multiple things that I had addressed already before is when I started having issues with this company I received harassing letters about being evicted letters on my vehicle stating that it was going to get towed due to me not receiving my new license plate tag in time I have also been trying to contact the office manager for weeks now about obtaining the remaining of my security deposit but can not seem to get a call back NEVER RENT FROM THEM
