The owners renovated the complex and maintain the outside responsibly However the Indiana Dunes National Park property across the street is ignored Litter is strewn along the national park property for blocks that originates at Park Shore Commons The place would earn more stars if it took responsibility for cleaning the property across the street

Two stars because it seems like a decent place for an independent older person to live No more because theyre pushing the fear of covid on those who live there and were very manipulative in the last election

I am currently living in Lancaster while im getting my masters and it is perfect It is ideal for undergrad students who want to be near campus and nightlife The kitchen and bathroom are updated and the shared living space is a perfect size A plus is that rent is super affordable
