Ive been living here since 2015 Things were great before we underwent new management The maintenance does NOT fix anything Theyre figuring out ways to charge you for everything I was told if we do not remove the AC from our windows or cover them thats another fee added to your account With all the new tenants moving in the building is getting ran down There 2021-10-27T22:14:52Z
Ive been living here since 2015 Things were great before we underwent new management The maintenance does NOT fix anything Theyre figuring out ways to charge you for everything I was told if we do not remove the AC from our windows or cover them thats another fee added to your account With all the new tenants moving in the building is getting ran down There is ALWAYS trash in the halls The ONE and ONLY elevator ALWAYS either has trash in it or has something spilled in it One day someone had dropped an entire birthday cakeone of the long ones in front of the elevator Cake and icing was all on the walls You couldnt get on the elevator without stepping in it That was there for about 34 days People are always propping the entrance door open so any one can enter the building at anytime of the night I had an incident where someones child was leaving love letters by my door for my child EVERY DAY I literally had about 12 letters saved before I took them to the landlord And nothing This same child already had complaints from other neighbors saying he was running up and down the halls and knocking on ppl doors and running off And nothing The washers and dryers downstairs are ALWAYS broken NEVER any parking Theyre always shutting the water off for something It was so peaceful a few years back Although the new landlord is very nice and polite Ive just had it Recommended to younger ppl maybe someone without kids and just trying to get on their feet more ... hide ...
