Living there is fine Its when you move out theres problems I signed a end lease and I got a piece of paper saying you get 7 days to move out and no other information on that paper Okay great I get a week to move thats awesome As I was moving out we get notified that we have to pay 250 and 5 a day its not paid for staying there the 7 days extra Okay That wasn

Living there is fine Its when you move out theres problems I signed a end lease and I got a piece of paper saying you get 7 days to move out and no other information on that paper Okay great I get a week to move thats awesome As I was moving out we get notified that we have to pay 250 and 5 a day its not paid for staying there the 7 days extra Okay That wasnt on the paper but Ill comply and pay that After we move out we get told we arent getting our deposit back and that in fact we owe them another 600 that will go to collections for trash they had to take out we left that place with absolutely no trash we even vacuumed it And for dirty filters they had to replace even tho theyre were suppose to replace those filters out the 2 yearly checks to see the apartment and never did Also for new tiles why are we paying for the apartment to have new tiles if we arent living there and thats their job to do Living here is fine its when you move out theyll give you problems and keep taking money from you We even had a friend living in the apartment down the hall an when they moved out the apartment complex said that they didnt turn both their set of keys in and that they owed the apartment complex 1000 and they in fact did turn their keys in

I moved in July 2019 The location is great I really like my apartment It is near the end of the hallway and looks out on a pretty courtyard I have nice neighbors and the laundry and trash chute are just down the hall We have indoor mailboxes and a two floor elevator I really enjoy the staff as well They are very helpful with anything I need always and have b

I have lived here for 3 years I love the office staff and do not think they are unprofessional in any way I follow the rules set forth in my lease and understand my rights as a tenant as well as the apartment complexes rights READ and understand your leasenNumber 18 Right of Entry Management reserves the right to inspect all apartments at reasonable times

I have lived here for 3 years I love the office staff and do not think they are unprofessional in any way I follow the rules set forth in my lease and understand my rights as a tenant as well as the apartment complexes rights READ and understand your leasenNumber 18 Right of Entry Management reserves the right to inspect all apartments at reasonable times It says nothing about giving tenant prior verbal or written notice from what I can see If you have complaints then voice them The office staff are not mind readers I like the current maintenance crew especially Aron hes very polite and always listens when I have a maintenance issue I know there are many repairs that need his attention so I try to be patient and wait my turn I think if the staff were rude in any way it was probably because you were rude to them firstnI chose to live here no one forced me to sign my lease So I really cant complain if the walls are too thin or the carpet stains easily Those are things that are out of the office staffs control I also dont mind if I have to jump through hoops when it comes to getting the appropriate documents to the office to renew my lease Im just happy there is a wage based complex in Greenfield that gives me the opportunity at rent that I can afford I understand that that the office and maintenance staff are human and can make mistakes Who hasnt Other than that I like the apartments themselves its very quiet peaceful clean and well lit at night
