I loved this place because of my love for studying psychological phenomena and felt that I had purpose helping those in need after I was illegally evicted They also issued a no trespassing order and committed Alienation of Affection from my Friends who dont even understand how to use a Telephone because they are overly medicated people AND Im a 1st hand Wi

Noise levels are unacceptable Walls between apartments are less than tissue paper thin the overall construction was extremely lowbudget and shoddy The drafts are bonechilling in the winter Located in a wind tunnel storm door has blown off the hinges 3 times in a few years The average winter electric bill is close to 25000 per month for a 1 bed 650 sq ft
