This is for the IERA which looks like iswas run by Indiana Housing Ive had one problem after another I appplied in October2021 I got a confirmation right away but crickets after that My landlord was kind enough to wait as there were other renters he had using this service and it all happened very quickly In Feb2022 after weekly calls and messages left and basically every other day emails I finally started emailing any name that i could find that worked for this company That is what finally got someone to look at my case agree it should have been approved months ago I was 7k behind when they finally issued payment One week after I got the recertification email I filled everything out and sent it back in one day aftet I recieved the email I didnt get my recertification until June2022 Currently I had a recert email on 9262022 I filled it back out and resubmitted it 9282022 I got an email on 1128 that my lease had expired in Sep2022 and i needed to submit a new lease or an extension of my current expired lease I got ahold of my landlord and submitted my extended lease on 12210 days from 1128 is 1208 I got an email yesterday that said Final attempt for lease verification saying they were still waiting on an updated lease That I sent them on 122 The email says my application will expire on 128 if they dont recieve it I have timestamps it was seng 122nnIve called numerous times today nobody has even picked up the phone Ive left 4 messages today and emailed Muhammed who was the one sending me the verification emails twice today Trying to get ahold of anyone Why is this such a clusterf Why is nobody answering phones Or emails No helpdesk no customer service nothing Why

This agency no stars and that is prior to the hacking Below are emails I sent regarding landlord payments No return callsnnHellonnIm following up on the email I sent last week with no response What is the status of this and how will late fees be compensatednnHellonnI have a unit and I have not received any information regarding the hacking with payments to landlords This has caused me an additional 6500 in NSF fees I want to know when will the payments be made and will the agency pay for the inconvenience of late fees and NSF fees to the landlords I have received absoulty no correspondence from IHA nor has my tenant They were even aware of it until I shared it two days agonnIHA is still not sharing in information regarding landlords getting paid or late fees that were incured during this brench My branch will not reimburse the NSF Fees IHA said on the news the other day that they were reaching out but they are not Ive sent 3 emails and made numerous calls and not one response
