IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH AND SAFETY STAY AWAY FROM HERE Where do I even begin I shouldve known that this place was horrible from the beginning For starters no one ever answered the office phone It took us forever to get an appointment to see the property When someone does answer the phone its from their offsite office so they cant do anything Their staff is constantly changing so work orders complaints and concerns get lost From the moment I moved in I had to place over 20 work orders Its been 8 months since I informed them that my ceiling is leaking near the light fixture in my dining room By the health department its considered a health and fire hazard Theres cockroaches everywhere The tents get charged for a monthly pest fee yet when you request pest control nothing gets done As I write this my apartment is 82 degrees and my AC hasnt worked in weeks Theres been multiple work orders but nothing has been done I contacted the health department after living in these hellish conditions for seven months I was told that someone from the health department comes out to this property on a weekly basis from all the complaints The county needs to shut this place down until its up to code STAY FAR AWAY FROM HEREnnEDIT 06012022 Since the management office didnt take our concerns or the health department citations seriously the health department will be filing a formal complaint with the county which will result in a hearing This place is awful more ... hide ...

If I could give 0 stars I would From the first day I moved in my toilet was clogged I was told because I had 2 bathrooms it wasnt an emergency My mailbox was broken and I didnt receive mail or a key for months Ive been without air since may It took over a month for them to send anyone to look at it Once it was looked at they came and partially fixed it where 2021-06-28T11:11:17Z
If I could give 0 stars I would From the first day I moved in my toilet was clogged I was told because I had 2 bathrooms it wasnt an emergency My mailbox was broken and I didnt receive mail or a key for months Ive been without air since may It took over a month for them to send anyone to look at it Once it was looked at they came and partially fixed it where I can only cut my air on from the breaker box and its on a set temperature which made it extremely cold in my house Not to mention my light bill sky rocketed For weeks not I have been waiting on the contractor to come put the piece on my ac that is needed Its now 86 degrees in my home and no air and no one still has came to fix the problem The office staff is no help They will spin you and give you the run around just for you to leave the office and never fix the problem Thats not it but I would be writing a book if I went on Worst apartments ever I cant wait to move more ... hide ...
