Ac went out on Saturday Put an emergency maintenance request in on Monday They came over and verified that the compressor is bad Ordered parts on Tuesday that arrived Wednesday for them to install was explicitly told theyd be installed Wednesday Got home from work Wednesday and the parts are sitting there by the ac unit not installed Called Thursday was told 2021-07-08T23:58:11Z

DISCLAIMER FOR EVERYONEnnAs you see with many of the reviews here these apartments are a horrible place to live They have changed management THREE times within a year I moved in back in august and I had to place an order for pest control that same day because my apartment had roaches and I never set foot inside prior to that day I was told for weeks they would put up my blinds and they never did so there was a big opening where people could just watch me from the front of my apartment until they fixed it almost a month laternnAs I mentioned earlier this place has gone through three management changes and while they all have been horrible this new one takes the cake They lock the doors so you cant get in dont answer emails or phone calls and the property manager refuses to assist the residentsnnI represented myself in court and beat them when they tried to evict me after they accepted my money They will retaliate against you if you know your tenant laws and what a landlord cant do against you Trash overflows the hallways are disgusting the Renovations they did are cheap and peel The floor is so squishy that it feels like your foot is going to call in certain spots and there has been four shootings in the past year at these apartments If you do decide to lease here after all these warnings PLEASE do yourself a favor and research LandlordTenant laws You will need it more ... hide ...

They are nice apartments and all but my uncle stays there and is in a wheelchair and they do not have the appropriate handicap accessibilty he has to go around the whole building to find a way outside if the elevator is not working I love the area for him n he has some nice office members but they just need to be a little bit more considerate of the seniors 2019-02-25T22:50:08Z

Worst place ever to stay I have lived there one of their buildings the apartment looked nice at first but after living in it for one month you feel like you live in how they described hell We had maintenance issues sink leaked Ac not working went to the office and let them know about it nobody came to fix it after a week I went there to show them some pictures and now She sent someone right away When you first go there she will be nice after you signed the lease agreement nobody care The rent is 719month after a month the bill came more money One day My bills came to 1052 I went to the office she said I know it will sound fair but its due to water sewer because we dont charge by unit apartment We charged by building complex omg Please for anyone whos reading my review Im not asking you to believe me or not But if you want peace dont go live there And one more thing they will never give you the deposit money back And I just let all of this go just because I dont want to broke up my credit I wish Im able to upload some pictures to show you guys how this apartment management is incompetent more ... hide ...
