Be careful with this place This is going to be the first review I may have ever left on an apartment complex because I find little weight in doing so But this complex is a scam and targets people to pay for a application fee I went to view and everything looked good as far as the showing property Then was instructed to fill out an application When we went to fill one out the apartment we viewed was no longer available When I called into the office to see why the explanation was Someone submitted an application 5 minutes after you viewed sorry Not a problem seemed ok at first just move on and look into other placesnnThen about an hour later I get a call from the office saying applicants from a similar floor plan didnt submit documents in time so it was open to apply to Sounded a little like a scam but we loved how the property looked so took a chance as the front office lady seemed very nice and respectful 2 days later we were denied based on nonsense Been approved to 4 separate apartment complex with identical qualifications for rent more expensive Dont fall for it look somewhere else more ... hide ...

The Connect Apartment Homes is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived at I do not recommend living herennOn my move in day my apartment was very unclean the door knob was missing and wasnt move in ready The staff asked me if I could wait a few days I drove to Indianapolis from 4 hours away with all my belongings and didnt have anywhere to go I had to 2022-07-10T18:50:49Z
The Connect Apartment Homes is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived at I do not recommend living herennOn my move in day my apartment was very unclean the door knob was missing and wasnt move in ready The staff asked me if I could wait a few days I drove to Indianapolis from 4 hours away with all my belongings and didnt have anywhere to go I had to stay in the model apartment for 3 days This was very stressful as I started a new job the next daynnI didnt receive the key to my mailbox for 3 weeks after moving innnI have never been able to reach the staff via phone I have left voicemails with my name and phone number to reach me back and never heard back from the staffnnThe shared laundry room is filthy The washing machine floods the room every time you use it The dryer doesnt dry your closennThe rent is being raised and they have made no efforts to make living here better The only thing I have noticed is that they added new mulch to all the landscaping Yeah it looks nice however the parking lots are still littered with potholes the washers and dryers do not work and you cant get hold of the staff via phonennThis is just my experience with the apartment complex Others may be different however I doubt that based on the other reviews left here more ... hide ...

I use to live here I was there for two years 201315 Looking at the photos and reviews it has really gone downhill It was not great then But at least livable When I moved in the stairs in my hall had a burn hole in them And it took them about 6 months to fix And for two months one summer my AC was out I personally experienced nothing else too bad But there wa 2022-06-14T02:03:52Z

Could be a little bit more reasonable on the price Wish that there was more vending machines on site instead of only up by the office Other than that its not a bad place to stay
