I only popped in to see my uncle I do not know much about the apartment complex The grounds looks pretty much the same as it has since I first went there to visit my aunt when her and her husband moved into their first apartment about thirtyfive years agonOther than my uncles unit which was a in need of maintenance I havent been in any other for years I can only rate a business by what I have seen for myselfnWhich brings me to something that I had come across I think it was on GMaps the last time I walked to see uncle When I brought up the site for Country Club the pictures in the rental add showed nicely clean and remodeled units like I have never seen before I thought that perhaps they might be working on them just hasnt gotten to my uncles side yet I really dont knownHowever I have also came across this same sort of advertising at another complex I think they call it Summer Set thats a whole other story for another time student rental housing for UI It is at the corner on National and State I have never seen the inside of one of those units looking like what had been advertised and I truly dont believe they donI curious about these and a few other housing units here on the Southside more ... hide ...

My girl and son live here Their whole apartment started leaking cabinets ceiling vents etc she lost SO MUCH FOOD EVEN THE MICROWAVEJuly 2nd And emergency maintenance came out looked said hed be back after he checked upstairs He never came back also got info that he said he never seen a leak like bro she has bowls of water sitting around the apartment u had 2022-07-06T19:45:48Z
My girl and son live here Their whole apartment started leaking cabinets ceiling vents etc she lost SO MUCH FOOD EVEN THE MICROWAVEJuly 2nd And emergency maintenance came out looked said hed be back after he checked upstairs He never came back also got info that he said he never seen a leak like bro she has bowls of water sitting around the apartment u had to have after the holiday MIKE Remember that name He came and solved all the problems which is why i give 4 stars instead of 1 He got it dealt with leak gone in 100 weather now its the next day and they are here painting and fixing everything that was bad Mike himself deserves 10 stars He got the job done and followed up as he said he would She lost about 100 in groceries plus the microwave and the air fryer is probably gone too bc its gross But mike saved the day Whoever was emergency maintenance that night 5 stars But I appreciate Mike for coming and dealing with literally every issue nnAlso its a lot quieter than the reputation gives They have cameras and security nowadays Its a great place to stay and is highly affordable with a lot of parking Great area to move to They havent had any problems and its going on 2 years But yeah MIKE THE MAINTENANCE MAN IS THE GUY more ... hide ...

My husband and I lived at Valley Forge for 3 years 20152018 and loved our time their I should have left a review earlier Some of these things may have changed but based on my previous experience here 1010 do recommend The apartments are lovely very nicelysized and nicelyequipped and maintained well We had a decent amount of freedom to outfit our balconies as 2021-04-15T15:30:03Z

This place is garbage and the workers are useless because everything is over their head Should be condemned And if you think youre moving here to save money think again because their windows and doors arent updated which makes your electric bill double sometimes triple the amount it would be at another apartment Its been 3 months since I reported a mold prob 2022-01-07T17:20:54Z

When I first moved in there was someone in the office during hours posted Maintenance is a joke They came to fix my dishwasher 3 times it was leaking and needed a new seal Lied to me about ordering one to replace it They put tape to rig it Told me I could use it Started leaking again I gave up The shower knobs didnt work right hardly got any hot water Befor 2022-04-21T22:08:40Z
