nice place but the people who rent out the apartments will tell you that you make to much if you are getting paid at 11hour so dont waste your time

I just moved out of Turtle Creek Apartments Turtle Creek was my home for 6 years Its a nice place to live for an older people thats just my opinion or for younger children Theres just nothing for the older kids to do the tennis courts are terrible cant even play tennis They have a volleyball area but who knows the last time the sand was changed and Im sure 2022-07-02T13:30:02Z
I just moved out of Turtle Creek Apartments Turtle Creek was my home for 6 years Its a nice place to live for an older people thats just my opinion or for younger children Theres just nothing for the older kids to do the tennis courts are terrible cant even play tennis They have a volleyball area but who knows the last time the sand was changed and Im sure the stray cats use it as a litter box The up keep of the outside of the apartment needs work The inside of the apartment buildings need work but over all its a nice quiet place to live The maintenance guys were always on time but come off rude sometimes the front office staff they are wonderful I enjoyed my time here it was always quiet n everyone stayed to themselves I just dont think its kid friendly the only thing to look forward to is the pool opening its really nice and we loved having it right outside our door I just wished the residence would obey by the rules so everyone can enjoy it without someone Breaking the rules and them having to ruin the fun for everybody They need to fixs the tennis courts or put something new there and get rid of the volleyball n sand more ... hide ...

My apartment flooded due to their negligence of not keeping the maintenance up on the fire sprinkler system and it busting flooding my entire apartment under 23 inches of water They had people come in and suck up some of the water and put fans down which have now been here 6 days running I asked them to help pay the electric bill and they acted like none o 2019-05-19T13:39:55Z
My apartment flooded due to their negligence of not keeping the maintenance up on the fire sprinkler system and it busting flooding my entire apartment under 23 inches of water They had people come in and suck up some of the water and put fans down which have now been here 6 days running I asked them to help pay the electric bill and they acted like none of this was their problem They said to turn it into renters insurance So now my whole life is under water and Im having to clean up THEIR mess with no help I have done at least a dozen loads of laundry lost a day and a half of work and have lost quite a bit of my possessions including photos Ill never get back And cant even get a call back from the parent companynnOn top of all this they took 45 minutes to respond when I was calling frantic that water was rushing into my apartment and then the guy showed up with no keys to get in the maintenance closet nor any tools And then he told me that this same thing happened to the last tenants in my apartment That means they are clearly NOT keeping up with the maintenance on this as they should more ... hide ...
