Great location Nice lot for parking in the back Very few times is it full unless you get back late at night That said street parking is still ample Hallways and staircases are not kept very clean It always seems that there are lightbulbs out The apartment itself is nice with tall ceilings but you can often hear neighbors and people in the hallway Very cool l 2017-05-11T21:12:07Z

The apartments are nice looking however once you move in you find out that the amenities they say you have you really dont There is supposed to be access to a workout room however its always locked there is supposed to be access to a bathroom which again they keep locked There is supposed to be access to a computer room which again is always locked And these 2017-11-17T16:30:55Z
The apartments are nice looking however once you move in you find out that the amenities they say you have you really dont There is supposed to be access to a workout room however its always locked there is supposed to be access to a bathroom which again they keep locked There is supposed to be access to a computer room which again is always locked And these are items that are in the community room The building is infested with bed bugs which is dont make since you have to pay to have your apartment treated if the people around you dont treat theres they just go from apartment to apartment Also a tenant has a master key to open everything in the community room which she shouldnt have So if your not her friend she wont open things for you And my question would be why does a tenant have a key in the first place The staff is there maybe one to two days a week if they show up at all Maintenance is only there when the office is open These are the things they dont tell you before they get your money You turn in maintenance request and they do them when they feel like it I could go on and on but I will just leave it here more ... hide ...

No one picks up the phone If they have problems within the office they take it out on residents They dont fix anything and are trying to use Covid19 as a reason as to why they cant Covid19 unfortunately is not going anywhere and is forcing people to adapt to this new normal but not here the maintenance men literally are never doing anything and wont fix anyt 2021-04-14T16:19:16Z

I wish I didnt have to give an rating The manager Misty in the office is rude and unprofessional She needs to be removed from her position She speaks very disrespectfully like she is talking to one her children They do not communicate with their residents and when they do they are misleading which could lead for things to be costly As a property manager She 2021-06-02T14:50:33Z

In 2013 I moved to Nora Pines and I must say that I really thought that I had made a mistake because someone had tried to break in my townhouse and my tires were slashed on two occasions and I had reported to the police and the office and I was not even here a year yet The teenagers would have fights all the time they would hang out all times of night But 2017-03-09T13:21:16Z
In 2013 I moved to Nora Pines and I must say that I really thought that I had made a mistake because someone had tried to break in my townhouse and my tires were slashed on two occasions and I had reported to the police and the office and I was not even here a year yet The teenagers would have fights all the time they would hang out all times of night But I must say that now that they have a new management it is so much better You dont see teens fighting nor are they out all times of night Management has done an exceptional job of cleaning up Nora Pines They go by the ruleslease They are honest kind and professional ladies They treat their tenants with respect The maintenance men are very good at what they do They come in a timely manner I am very proud to say that I live here in Nora Pines this is my 4th year here more ... hide ...
