Ive been to them over 10 times and they have never helped me Im disabled by the state of Indiana and because Im a younger individual they act like they cant help me Ive lived in this city for 39 years and no help other than food stamps but no low income housing like Im not good enough The city of Kokomo disgusts me and should stop pre judging the younger cro 2020-02-23T12:24:27Z

Started out good last November when family member was placed there Once in and new wears off whole other story Im a Professional Care Giver much of 30 years worked in Management for years and Cert Food Service Mgr Food sucks and is not made from scratch or similar to it Medical staff does not return calls or inform of some of the changes I have cleaned the unit more than once His clothes have been lost at times He moved from 3rd floor to first floor His dresser and some items sat upstairs about 5 weeks until I made a trip from Cass Co got a cart and moved it myself I made calls to try to assist and coordinate helping the move Victoria never returned I would move a whole unit then start the next onenToday I have not been called back by medical staff for 4 days since an emergency Im trying to coordinate while my by legknee is impaired home on ice most of last several days Im still trying to update them ask about his power chair and a Provider asked me to talk to them about a new script They say they check vm frequently and call backBullliesnTiffany is a superstar She started on desk and rough around the edges She has worked hard and bloomed into a Professional She needs recognizednIt is very disorganized and the staff do not keep their word when they arrange to take care of somethingnnToday at this moment he sits as an amputee who went by ambulance days ago to the hospital ready to be discharged Social Worker made arrangements earlier today and was told they would pick him up at 330pm No one showed up at that time No communication with hospital 4 calls have been made in the last hour plus and still no one there to pick him up It is 451 pmnnMedicaid facility Looks nice but internal mess needs help People who live there deserve better no matter their income Humans are humans more ... hide ...

The leasing agent of these apartments will often befriend residents and tip them off to inspections or other outside agencies attempting to visit residents I find it appalling that a complex that accepts government funds can get away with permitting residents to break multiple rules that would cause them to legally lose all forms of federal funding if the Fe 2020-10-30T06:21:03Z

These apartments are not worth the low price When I moved in I paid up front for the damage deposit the remaining week of the current month and the next months rent When I was shown the room the past tenants belongings were still present and the room filthy I told the manager I did not need to move in until the start of the next month and would appreciate the room being cleaned before I arrived I paid roughly 180 for that week that I did not live in the apartment I gave him that week to clean it When I got there to begin moving my stuff in the room was in the exact same condition except there were unfinished drinks in the fridge and it newly smelled of cigarettes There were cigarette butts in the toilet I spent 8 hours cleaning the apartment and removing the past tenants items When I called and complained he offered to take 50 off of next months rent I was annoyed but at a loss so I took what I could get Over the course of the next 5 months management changed three times Nobody is ever in the office to collect rent money and the second it is late they leave an eviction notice on your door and charge crazy late fees Finally my apartment was broken into and after filing the police report I called the owner and never heard from him at all These apartments are filled with the kind of people you dont want to live around The ownermanagement only care about yielding as much profit with as little effort as possible They are slums You will see needles scattered around Your car will be vandalized The doors can easily be broken The deadbolts do not extend fully into the door frame Yellowbrown residue drips from the ceilings Good luck to anybody who intends to reside here more ... hide ...
