I absolutely HATE the tiny grates you have to speak listen through especially when there are several other clientstaff conversations going onnId almost bet my SSI check that everyone else hates it toonnAs far as my interactions in person Ive had a few issues with having to bring in paperwork that I had already brought in but other than that overall they have been professional and helpfulnnI have medication induced memory issues and confusion so I really need help patience from staff when I go to the office or when I make phone calls Thats criticalnnWhen Ive had to make phone calls I always request to speak with Teri She has been very patient and clear when answering any questionsconfusion that Ive brought to her attention for clarification She is concise in explaining exactly what I need to do and is very patient with me as I write things down Shes also patient when i have to repeat everything back to her that Ive written down to verify the accuracy and my understanding of the situation at handnnI would givethem 5 stars but I cant because of the paperwork errors by the front desk staff losing paperwork Ive already brought in etc Also those tiny freakin speakinglistening grates in the plexiglassnnI have to add that going in with a positive attitude has been beneficial for me They all seem to be more willing to spend more time trying to help me

THE worst place that I have rented from in my adult life I lived there for 3 years with 3 different companies managing the building It went from bad to worst The plumbing in my aptment was trash My dishwasher ran over 3 times in 3 years The toliet had to be completely taken up to fix the problem with the kitchen sink and washer The office people were rude un

THE worst place that I have rented from in my adult life I lived there for 3 years with 3 different companies managing the building It went from bad to worst The plumbing in my aptment was trash My dishwasher ran over 3 times in 3 years The toliet had to be completely taken up to fix the problem with the kitchen sink and washer The office people were rude unprofessional ignorant Management wanted to charge me for water All they had to do was look at the lease to see that water was included in the rent Calling the office was a hit or miss NO ONE would answer the phones It would go to a recording My kitchen light blew it took them a WEEK to come out to replace the bulb I got stories that can go on for 3 years but I will end it here Dont move into FULTON PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT A HEADACHE
