Final Update 73122 Ive geared up and moved out The new team is much more responsive now that theyve got into the office The transition between the management teams could have been better but things seem to be running okay nownnnnUpdate 62122 Theyve finally replied and the team is working to resolve the lack of communication Perhaps the new team is finally getting into the office Im still unsure though as to how theyre going to handle future concernsnnnnEdit 61622 The previous management team is changing out again The new one doesnt reply to phone calls or emails I went in to the office to talk about my concerns to find out it took about 30 seconds to pull the emails I sent up The new company is sending me a lease to sign despite my repeated attempts to communicate that I want to meet before signing the lease Im not impressed so far with the new management in the office It might be best to take a look elsewhere since the current team that just switched out seems unresponsivennnnI was wary about this place originally because of the many bad reviews However Im writing this in 2021 as an undergraduate student at IUS who is studying musicnnThe apartments were bought out by a new management company and the new company is really good Ive had maintenance issues resolved within a day They gave me the same apartment that they showed me Ive even had a lockout before and they came in the dead of night over to unlock it for me for a small chargennIts really affordable around 400800 a month Professional response times maintenance times and overall a really solid place to live atnnAs long as the new company has this place I can recommend it to just about anyone more ... hide ...
