I have been trying to get this matter taken care of for Months My Daughter Robyn Scott and her daughter Romiyah were residents in one of your units at Indian Springs South Bend June 24th 2021 Robyn unfortunately passed away from a long going battle with Cancer July 1st Robyns sister paid rent on Robyns apartments for the month of July at which time she also 2022-02-18T16:23:25Z
I have been trying to get this matter taken care of for Months My Daughter Robyn Scott and her daughter Romiyah were residents in one of your units at Indian Springs South Bend June 24th 2021 Robyn unfortunately passed away from a long going battle with Cancer July 1st Robyns sister paid rent on Robyns apartments for the month of July at which time she also informed the office that the apartment would be cleaned and vacated by August 1st For the month of July Robyns daughter and her sister stayed in the apartment and packed and cleaned the ENTIRE apartment August 1st the apartment was surrendered and the office was notified of such and Robyns security deposit was requested we were informed at that time that we would receive a full refund of the security deposit because the apartment was left in emacullent condition Weeks later we instead received a refund of only 15900 of the promised security deposit which i never cashed I was told that section 8 took back the payment for the month of julyif my daughter passed 624 when were we supposed to empty her apartmentnnIt seems to me that no matter what we did we werent going to get her deposit back from Indian springs nor the Housing Authorities more ... hide ...

A friend of mine recently applied for a position at this job Was interviewed for a SPECIFIC position than once hired offered him a completely DIFFERENT position that was under his qualifications as well as pay In my opinion it was an act of discrimination and they NEVER followed up with him He was overly qualified and they left him hanging which was told to 2022-10-11T15:55:09Z

I absolutely love this place I personally think that this is one of the best shelters that I have ever seen They service families single women and single men They even feed the public lunch and dinner 365 days a year Families have their own apartment with keys and single women share a pod with three other women They have their own room with a key They do ask 2020-01-13T19:36:43Z
I absolutely love this place I personally think that this is one of the best shelters that I have ever seen They service families single women and single men They even feed the public lunch and dinner 365 days a year Families have their own apartment with keys and single women share a pod with three other women They have their own room with a key They do ask that you attend simple classes and chapel but rent is free for 18 months if you follow a few simple rules Its definitely a hand up and the staff there is Awesome There are so many other things like a computer lab fitness center laundry center kitchenette in the pods and awesome chapel services All of this is free for people who want to change their lives Go see for yourself more ... hide ...

My family and I absolutely love it here The staff I have dealt with have been friendly and very helpful Parking is always available as they keep up on unmarked vehicles etc Its also clean Love the community feel and warm welcomes from the surrounding neighbors Love that water is a flat fee gas is included in our rent and the in unit washer and dryer is a big 2022-05-26T16:44:33Z
