Snow removal is not done around the building Handicapped space and sidewalk next to it complete icenMain door entrance is the only place cleared of snow and ice Inside the building is kept very nice and clean

Ive lived here for a few years now Yes there is some bad stuff that happens but management takes care of it right away They are also very understanding about financial situations and struggles As long as you follow the guidelines they give when you move in youll never have any issues

Worst place to live They never fix work orders We had things that needed fixed for a long time and nothing done about it Also they do inspection about every month Loved here five years and never been wrote up for anything and this time they wrote me up because of something they said wasnt done and it was and other saw me do it There is always so much trash on the ground out side People play loud music all hours of the night I cant go outside in the evening for fear of getting a contact high from all the people smoking pot in or outside of their apartments People dont watch their kids when they are out side Dont know how many time we have almost hit kids as they either run out in the street or just ride their bikes right in front of our cars and no one is watching them Worst place to live I would move if I could afford it but as most place only pay Minimum wage cant afford rent anywhere else in town Dont rent here more ... hide ...
