I have been without AC for over a month I was supplied a portable wall unit which management assured me was energy efficient when really my electric doubled when I told the manager she said midamerican must have changed their prices I asked if they would let me move out early due to not having AC the office manager said get your keys to me by the first and I 2019-08-06T20:40:14Z
I have been without AC for over a month I was supplied a portable wall unit which management assured me was energy efficient when really my electric doubled when I told the manager she said midamerican must have changed their prices I asked if they would let me move out early due to not having AC the office manager said get your keys to me by the first and Ill let you leave this was two days before the first I have had to stay in a hotel due to extreme temps and when asked to be compensated I received a 30 dollar rent credit for the inconvenience that was borderline insulting I got home from work the elevator is out of order AGAIN trash is disposed in a closet on each floor which is to be emptied today when I had to take the stairs all of the trash was piled in a receptacle in the HALLWAY this is disgusting and smells awful management couldnt seemnTo do anything about any of my issues I called corporate and an still waiting for a call back I work in the Multifamily housing industry and I get that things happen but this is absolutely ridiculous and I am appalled at the customer service and care these people have for their residents I wanted to write this review weeks ago but didnt want to be that person I would not suggest renting from this company more ... hide ...
