You can tell the place is under new management the place is a dump Josh is a slumlord who will rent to anybody and will not fix anything or any of the problem tenants I would NEVER recommend renting at this complex or any of their other properties

I moved to Eagles Crest in July of 2016 Other reviewers have mentioned Lenore and the office assistant Misty Their descriptions are accurate Lenore was extremely nice until I signed my lease and had issues with my unit The leasing office failed to mention that the building I was moving in to was also inhabited with raccoons Being that I was supposed to have 2017-04-06T22:05:52Z
I moved to Eagles Crest in July of 2016 Other reviewers have mentioned Lenore and the office assistant Misty Their descriptions are accurate Lenore was extremely nice until I signed my lease and had issues with my unit The leasing office failed to mention that the building I was moving in to was also inhabited with raccoons Being that I was supposed to have a quiet third floor unit my first few nights stay really surprised me I swear there was a heard of elephants running around above my sleeping quarters Long story short the leasing office transitioned to new management around 092016 under Heather Arey and the customer service is no better I have been back and forth with her over various issues including the raccoons the fact that my building has an excessive amount of lights out neighbors smelling the place up with weed and people leaving garbage all over to name a few issues Heather hears my concerns tells me that theyre taking care of the issues and yet the issues are still present I have given the property management ample amount of time to deal with the issues mentioned They have chosen not to deal with the issues I cannot in good conscience recommend anyone consider leasing at Eagles Crest as my experience has been very poor more ... hide ...
