My husband and I chose to move into Eagles Crest after looking at most of the other apartment complexes in Davenport with no luck We found Eagles Crest to be the only apartment that was in a safe area was clean on the inside had uptodate furnishings and had a bright interior We lived on the third floor and absolutely loved the high ceilings It made the kitchen and living room seem so large and open The kitchen is what sold us as its big enough for two people to comfortably cook together without constantly bumping into each other The rooms were spacious enough for a kingsized bed and room to walk and the bathrooms were clean Nothing seemed outdated Our favorite thing about Eagles Crest was the location to the entrance of the duck creek trail Its less than a mile away and very easy to walk or run to The complex is right across from a large park and golf course which was great for hanging outside during the summer months A few issues that we had with the apartment was that maintenance took weeks to months to come and fix a few things but to give them the benefit of the doubt we knew it was during a really busy time and they had to prioritize requests The walls are also paper thin and you can hear most conversations wordforword from the people below and next to you as well as any music thats being played The smell of weed was regularly coming from our neighbors apartment and it would travel quickly into our vents which we could not stand Eagles Crest doesnt seem to have a strict policy on smoking Besides the few issues that we had we would recommend Eagles Crest to anyone looking to live on the outskirts of Davenport in a safe neighborhood more ... hide ...

Hidden fees kicking majority of tenants out due to them raising rent prices that were already amongst the highest in the area finding any reason to kick people out in order to make room for people willing to pay higher prices Absolutely no parking after 5PM they put garages in half the parking spaces so you can pay to park Garages are manually operated you h 2022-01-31T01:49:03Z

There garages are faulty and dont lock properly I knew someone who gotten stuff stolen from there garage because of the garages not locking properly if you plan to live there do NOT rent the garages your stuff will NOT be safe in therenAnd they will not replace that money of the item thats been stolen so be warn this place got a lot of bad parts to itnnIf yo 2022-06-15T15:34:31Z
