The tenants I know that live here have very little on their complaint lists and enjoy the location and closeness to the east village and government buildings

The management has turned this place around and it is sooo much better The residents seem to make life more enjoyable here and staff seem to show they care about not only residents but the property itself Great job Conlin

Just moved into the Melbourne 55 and we LOVE that everything is brand new and were the first ones to live in this unit We have a nice view and the apt is spacious with WD and an island in the kitchen tall ceilings and private balcony Management has been very responsive and helpful from the moment I first walked in to inquire about the unit With few exception 2020-07-08T23:22:02Z

Still waiting for my 350 dollars as deposit I didnt sign the agreement they are claiming that the 350 cant be refunded its been redeemed that doesnt make any sense those wanna play games with my money worked so hard for it They are just a Scam and wanna take your money and lied the 3 floor on video instead I got 2 floor with no dryer and washer claiming that 2021-05-26T00:52:55Z
