When moving in we were told that there was no bedbug problems and that Jami preferred that we didnt self treat the home We were told that every 3 months an exterminator would come and take care of the pests However the exterminators only spray one line in the bathroom and one in the kitchen both in front of the sinks I have been getting bitten up every night 2021-06-28T07:28:02Z
When moving in we were told that there was no bedbug problems and that Jami preferred that we didnt self treat the home We were told that every 3 months an exterminator would come and take care of the pests However the exterminators only spray one line in the bathroom and one in the kitchen both in front of the sinks I have been getting bitten up every night and while its a nice place the care for the home outside of myself and my two roommates is almost nonexistent If you do not want to live in a home with cockroaches and bedbugs I suggest looking elsewhere This problem is one that just two lines of spray will not fix and it is not worth spending 740750 a month not including the electric and water bills Should this apartment not have such an infestation I would give it 4 stars but sadly I cant give it more as I barely get any sleep from being bitten up every night The pic added was taken as proof Before the argument of you could have brought them in with you begins I want to point out that we had taken the time to treat everything we owned before moving in We checked every item we owned thoroughly to make sure that we were not the possible cause We cannot afford to pay to have the entire building treated and we would have to pay out of pocket to get the job done outside of the once every three months more ... hide ...

From the very beginning my first drive through my instincts told me this is were I need to call home The staff from day one have always made me feel welcomed always addressed me by name when I walk into the office and done everything possible to help me through the leasing process They kept me updated and informed all the way up to my move in date I absolute 2022-06-18T00:36:13Z
From the very beginning my first drive through my instincts told me this is were I need to call home The staff from day one have always made me feel welcomed always addressed me by name when I walk into the office and done everything possible to help me through the leasing process They kept me updated and informed all the way up to my move in date I absolutely love the apartment I chose due to the spacious rooms washer and dryer in unit storage galore nice roomy patio and cleanliness of the halls and interior entrances Neighbors are very nice introduced their selves and welcomed me to the building Another asset is the secured building access which truly puts my mind at ease in these crazy unsafe times Overall I truly am very happy here and know that I made the right choice The only one thing that Ive noticed that is a negative is the grounds around the building that lacks attention Mowing is kept up but tree limbs twigs leaves and debris are not removed from grass sidewalks and parking lots Hoping that this is something that can be addressed with grounds keeper and improved I would definitely recommend Somerset to anyone looking for a great place to live Thanks Somerset staff and neighbors its great to be here more ... hide ...

I lived at prairie winds for over 4 years the management here is beyond amazing was always there to help me when needed answered any and all questions I had Definitely going to miss all of them You guys deserve more than 5 stars Thank you all so much Amanda

This place is the only apartment my daughter moved into on her own She was attacked in her own apartment and beat for over 24 hours by the people that claim to be related to the female manager When I spoke with the detective on the case about it he said after he did some investigating he recommended we have her worker move her asap Her worker is taking the m 2019-05-17T19:21:18Z
This place is the only apartment my daughter moved into on her own She was attacked in her own apartment and beat for over 24 hours by the people that claim to be related to the female manager When I spoke with the detective on the case about it he said after he did some investigating he recommended we have her worker move her asap Her worker is taking the manager side without getting the detective version as of this date He didnt deny or verify the managers potential involvement in my opinion he was uneasy about it though The camera was facing my daughters door they made her send the police away when they were informed they were coming This is the only building I have ever seen that put something about mold being known watch the wording My daughter has allergies and asthma her worker of many years knew about and yet she still was placed in such a location This place is horrible in so many unspeakable ways more ... hide ...
