If you are thinking of moving to Southern Knolls think twice A family member of mine moved their 3 months ago They have been having problems since they moved in Management doesnt give their residents an early notice for inspections basically barging in Recently their was a pipe leakage on the top floor and soaked the bed of my family member while sleeping on the bed She stated that the liquid was a yellow colored substance What a disgust waking up to being completely soaked and having your bed soaked with that substance Their is no doubt that their bed will grow mold damaging over 2000 of property Furthermore on top of that management could careless They sealed the pipe up and left it as it was When the news came to me I was so disappointed The fact that their safety could have been in harms way as well as the other residents is unacceptable Tenants lack professionalism more ... hide ...
