Not the best not the worst Parking is horrible and there are MULTIPLE vehicles parked next to the forest that have FLAT tires that havent been moved in literal months Feel free to drive by and check them out You can chalk the cars and see that they wont be moved any time soon because nobody checksnnCars dont get towed no matter if they are parked illegally or have a flat tire They just dont care despite claiming to often drive around and checknnPLEASE check the cars to see if they have stickers OR a flat tire Since we arent allowed to park on the mall side at least do the paying tenants the decency of giving us somewhere to park that isnt being taken up by people who dont live here or flat tires Its getting way out of hand the more people that move innnIts not uncommon to have to walk to your building a FEW buildings away only to get there and see that the people parked in front of yours are breaking the rulesnnThe neighbors are fairly average However because there are so many young people crammed together noise is a consistent issue Many kids live in the complex that are around toddler to elementary age so you have a decent amount of noise on any given basis It can get pretty rowdy in the summers when people are wanting to hang around outside yelling until 2amnnSome parents here straight up do not watch their kids and let them roam the complex till whenever they pleasennCommunication is an issue too as you can also see in the previous reviews Either you call and they answer on the first ring or more often than not you dont get ahold of anybody and this is during normal business hours at varying timesnnLittle bit pricey but not bad with a roommate Apartments come with plenty of space and natural light The bathrooms are spacious and every room has tall ceilings so you dont feel cramped in The air conditioner and heat both work great as well as the ceiling fans in each bedroomnnPets are welcomed but many people at least on the forest side dont clean up after their dogs because there are no dog stations to do so There have been two or three passive aggressive letters by the staff to clean up after your dogs which I completely get but there arent any easily accessible stations in the back OR a trash binnnOverall you have the good and the bad The good is the apartments themselves and the staff when you can get ahold of them The bad is all the young kids in their 20s doing whatever the hell they please at any time day or night Babies having babies and then you stuff them into a complex together It can start to wear on younnBiggest complaint is definitely the loose if non existent noise curfew and the parking The broken down vehicles parked in the very few parking spaces we have makes my eye twitch

Regularly blocks the highway for half hour intervals because they can even though they could just pull through an extra bit to let people pass

Decent apartments theyre working on renovations on one of the buildings and charging everyone for the increased rent even though their apartment hasnt been renovated A friend of mine has lived here for over 2 years and he is now paying over 700 for his one bedroom apartment that has black mold a sliding door that doesnt lock and doesnt have central air
