The apartment I got was clean no leaking whatsoever Management is friendly and will do their best to help with whatever you need Parking is fine Not a lot of crazy children running around the parking lot Kids hang out at the playground which is good Sometimes the neighbors get loud but mostly quite Laundry room are clean and the machine works perfectly fine 2020-10-30T22:51:17Z

I have lived here for about 6 years We have had different managers and assistant managers but they all have been carefully selected and each one has been amazing Sherman and Associates is a company that actually cares about the people they rent to They are the best management Ive had and Ive lived in a lot of different apartment complexes Dianna has gone above and beyond especially during the pandemic to help the people in my building get through this She took it upon herself to go through the building daily cleaning and wiping down handles and the laundry room making sure peoples packages were delivered to their door when it was not her job to do so we have a package locker downstairs She knew that people were anxious and distancing and she wanted to help any way possiblennPeople here are not discriminated against Everyone is treated respectfully They are professional and friendly The new assistant manager Michelle seems really nice too Our maintenance man Thomas is very kind and extremely helpful They respond right away whenever I need a repair Thank you for everything more ... hide ...
