Lived there for a little over a year Rent went up over 150 Safe to say my fianc and I moved out and are now living in a house for less than monthly rent at this dump Nothing done to the units or property since the rent increase either appliances are out of date and energy hogs Contract states that BBQ grills are allowed on the property and the property manag 2019-09-23T15:31:43Z

Such a great place to live the tenants and the staff are very friendly maintenance and office staff are very responsive when things need fixed and take pride in their jobs every single day

We love it here Moved from Des Moines to this apartment Landlords are easy to get along with its nice and quite neighbors are really kind The apartments are really nice Well worth the price
