Do not recommend renting here I signed a 12 month lease and the second month after moving in the AC stopped working and they brought us a portable AC unit which was only for the living room which meant every other room in the apartment was hot Every time we called the office we were given excuses and they never fixed it the rest of the time we lived here Had 2022-07-21T15:37:34Z
Do not recommend renting here I signed a 12 month lease and the second month after moving in the AC stopped working and they brought us a portable AC unit which was only for the living room which meant every other room in the apartment was hot Every time we called the office we were given excuses and they never fixed it the rest of the time we lived here Had to find another apartment 2 months before my lease was even over because of how hot it was outside Its been over a month since my lease ended and I still havent been contacted at all over my deposit which at this point I would not be surprised if they kept since its seems like all they care about is money Its very hard to find a reasonable priced apartment in Sioux City right now but I really recommend not renting here more ... hide ...

I still give 0 in beginning before new owner brought this unit the old owner was nice Everything was quietly at night no children running and landlord check every most weekIt for perfect for people who are Section 8 and disabilities personnnBut now the new owner is worst very worst new owner doesnt care safety for person who disabilities They almost got hurt while children running and bump them Also the part where we call had problems or fix something in apartmentnnThey CHARGE US for fixing them like door When we call they owner they going send someone right away But that lie they didnt call until maintenance show up 2 week ago later in front doornnAlso their community room for person who live in unit It free to use in beginning for any unit But after new owner they charge us 4060 dollars use the community room Also now the parking lot and sidewalk people throw their garbage bottle box leftover food and other thing too Even so owner the doesnt carennAlso one my friend live there the new owner left note for pay rent Even so she pay already they FORCE HER PAY SECOND TIME Even they refused refund return their money rent back to them Also the landlord watch this place they sorry If you want complaining or other thing too call them in their officennThe people who work office dont bother pick up ONLY answer the machine and leave message or or voice mailnnSince then now trouble and worst nightmares for Section 8 person they also rise up price for rent almost same pay like normal rentnnAgain even so I dont recommend if this unitnnAlso the new owner is TRUVERSE MANAGEMENT let me tell you the true they been sue once last time againnnAnyway if you understand it up to you wanted live here more ... hide ...
