Most people are not friendly there I was nice and still got an attitude from the ladyThe lady we first met with was nice though It doesnt make sense that they have you turn in a 30 day notice with you current landlord just to look at a place They told us before that they would have several places for us to look at since we were driving so far but only gave u

Most people are not friendly there I was nice and still got an attitude from the ladyThe lady we first met with was nice though It doesnt make sense that they have you turn in a 30 day notice with you current landlord just to look at a place They told us before that they would have several places for us to look at since we were driving so far but only gave us the address for one place And now our current landlord is saying that someone wants our 2 bedroom apartment and that our 30 day notice is now in effect Once again if makes no sense to turn in a 30 day notice when we havent even looked at any other place

We have lived here for almost two years this is a great apartment complex to live in The are like the only place in Salina that really allow pets The office ladies are extremely nice and friendly and very understanding Maintenance is great at getting repairs fixed if something breaks or needs repaired in the apartment They keep the grass mowed weekly and are

We have lived here for almost two years this is a great apartment complex to live in The are like the only place in Salina that really allow pets The office ladies are extremely nice and friendly and very understanding Maintenance is great at getting repairs fixed if something breaks or needs repaired in the apartment They keep the grass mowed weekly and are good at removing the snow from the stairs and sidewalks They are always picking up trash and keeping the parking lots clean They also give notice before entering your apartment About ever four months they come in and change air filters and spray for bugs We have struggled paying rent lately and as long as you keep them updated and pay what you can they understand that everyone struggles at some point And will work with you in getting a payment plan set up
