Not a luxury complex I unfortunately lived here for a year I had issues from the start When I moved in the floors were so dirty they turned our feet black We had to stop our move just to clean the place The kitchen sink wasnt caulked and it had spaces that allowed water to get under them They just put it in the counter and called it a day They eventually came in and caulked it on request The kitchen counter contact paper was flipping up alongside the stove Then there were issues with brown recluse spiders The vinyl floors are not sealed so anything can easily tear them Not to mention they were badly placed down where there was glue coming up in some places and lifting up in others The moment we moved in a weather strip from the front door fell on me Then the two windows in the whole apartment broke How did they fix that By breaking them more Not to mention that they did MONTHS of construction above me from December 26th through midFebruary No warning No accommodations No apology for the noise Property manager said I was out of line for being upset about this It often woke us up at 7am with LOUD construction noises when we worked late nights I have a video on my profile of what it sounded like That was constant from 7am through 8 or 9pm most times The crew were very xenophobic and my roommate was a child of an immigrant We didnt want them in the apartment after overhearing them more ... hide ...

Do NOT live here if you want to live comfortably My apartment smells like cigarettes I cant believe they didnt rehab it you have to pay to do laundry which does not work resulting in taking sopping wet clothes to a dryer somewhere they shut off water from 84 for days at times if maintenance comes from your request 2 months ago they will not clean up and leave a mess for you to clean up I have not received a mailbox key for a month and I have been to the leasing office 4 times and sent emails my dishwasher leaks everywhere and there is rust all over my bathtub and no one has came to fix it I still do not have a deck Not to mention the outside of the apartment is carpet and no one cleans it I also saw a small cockroach the other day in my kitchen I have contacted corporate and they will not get back to me Its been weeks and Ive called continuously and they keep saying theyll call me back This is the absolute worst apartment in the KC area Should be shut down Not sure what I am paying for The price does not matter when its basically unliveable I cant believe this place is still running with the amount of complaints they receive Any good review on here is written by the staff Dont be fooled more ... hide ...
