The Manager and Maintenance Man gets things done which is nice However its taking many months to get rid of these bed bugs in my ApartmentnnIve never had bed bugs prior to living here nor do any of the 3 houses I go to Even so Ive had them ever since I moved in 7 months ago After discussing my issue with several different residents I found out the person who occupied my Apartment 609 prior to me had bed bugs bad Sure they changed the carpet out and probably sprayed but that doesnt kill the eggs or bed bugs hiding in walls outlets vents or other nonfloor related areas Especially since they can live for about a month without foodnnThe Manager is willing to personally spray if need be and Pest Control comes monthly to do half the floors and any apartments that need it I just wish there was a better option to take care of this issue Im just sick of them and its very frustrating They wont go away and no permanent solutions are being offered Ive had to have Pest Control spray every month since being herennThey apparently move from apartment to apartment because multiple other residents Ive spoken to have been dealing with them their entire time living here Apparently it has become part of their daily routine to spray rubbing alcohol around their apartment and to check their blanketspillow every night One person even goes as far as keeping everything double bagged except for only a handful of clothingnnIve already had to spend over 100 for mattress covers I have to buy 91 isopropyl alcohol to kill them Residents suggest buying sticky traps I mean the included Electric Bill in Rent is so not worth the hassle especially if you have to keep buying stuff to temporarily deal with themnnBefore moving in Id make sure to check all the cracks and crevices for indications of them Perhaps throw down sticky traps as a precaution more ... hide ...

Although I moved out of my apartment over the last weekend of the month on the 31st and 1st leaving my apt clean and damage free and I returned the following Monday morning on the 2nd at 8 am for the moveout inspection and to turn my keys in which I did the manager put in the system that I moved out on the 3rd and she falsified the date on her copy of the m 2021-10-23T23:39:39Z
Although I moved out of my apartment over the last weekend of the month on the 31st and 1st leaving my apt clean and damage free and I returned the following Monday morning on the 2nd at 8 am for the moveout inspection and to turn my keys in which I did the manager put in the system that I moved out on the 3rd and she falsified the date on her copy of the moveout inspection form to show I moved out on the 3rd although I did not and then she took three days of rent off my deposit not returning the remainder of the deposit until almost two months after I moved out In addition she started my lease on the first of the month although I didnt sign the lease pay rent nor move in until the 7th and by doing so I was overcharged 6 days of rent Its bad enough there was an ongoing very slow drain problem in the bathtub which I think is so in all apts with it taking almost a hour for showerbath water to drain but then the manager can be dishonest and falsify dates when she wants to more ... hide ...
