I wouldnt recommend this place at all the property manager is very rude unprofessional plays favorites horribly It takes her many months to work on peoples work files and then causes them to owe a lot in back rent because of her not doing her job right The leasing agent has no clue what shes doing she doesnt explain anything to residents and when management 2018-08-15T15:41:38Z
I wouldnt recommend this place at all the property manager is very rude unprofessional plays favorites horribly It takes her many months to work on peoples work files and then causes them to owe a lot in back rent because of her not doing her job right The leasing agent has no clue what shes doing she doesnt explain anything to residents and when management was talked to about the issue it still wasnt addressed The property manager charges 50 cash to unlock the door for the community room on top of the deposit which is NOT in the lease Things dont get fixed in apartments youll go months without being able to wash clothes because of drains they dont want to fix For it being a government property its TERRIBLE Dont go there if you want to be treated fair more ... hide ...

Horrible place that allows neighbors to get away with anything but when theyve got a few units that click together and dislike you because of race or disabilities they allow harassment not only by those individuals but they add to that harassment themselves Its sickening really and has caused me to loose almost everything I owned They creat ways to make things hard for you but only choose to do that when it benefits them or only to keep the level of minorities out of these townhousesnThis place was what I would consider my first home as a single parent At of first it was an amazing experience for me and my children but everything would get worse every year I lived there for a total of 6 years In 2021 they evicted me because they refused to accommodate things for myself or my autistic sons disabilities but instead used those and our situation struggling during covid to evict as the first chance they got when they lifted regulations for COVID They knew I had nobody and nothing and that Id end up homeless if evicted but Fox Ridge along with our court system here chose to still evict us anyways more ... hide ...
