I was pretty excited when I moved in The building is advertised as being quiet as well as for folks over 55 Neither are true I love my actual apartment very spacious and the rent is reasonable The maintenence man and the apartment manager are great The other tenants are for the most part friendly But there is a lot of outside noise very close by extremely limited parking and folks of ALL ages living in the building including teenagers Living in a building with no children is important to me so I did attempt to contact the regional manager at one point to ask about the age thing but he quickly passed the buck and my concerns were never addressed If youre looking for a quiet place to live this is not the place When Im at home I nearly always have headphones on to block the noise of the neighbors out Im already planning to move when my lease is up more ... hide ...

Have a elderly friend staying there She was released from the hospital but still barely able to walk The manager would not even let the repair people for her when chair come in to fix the chair unless she walked down from the far end of the building to let them in Dont get me wrong I understand rules and safety but this manager is rude no matter the situatio 2019-07-07T06:40:56Z

The facility is very nice with large kitchen meeting room as well as couches near a piano for entertainment A bus comes once a week to take residents to the store and once in a while for outings I do wish they had zero entry showers for those who have difficulties stepping up and over tubs

First I wasnt at Pinecrest YesterdayI know about that place cause i lived there b4And i wouldnt recommend it to cockroach So pls stop asking about places I wasnt at I was on Harry with a friend going east and Pinecrest we past along with passing by QTrip The Pawn Shop Dillions Walgreens and so on to get to WalMart So Why not ask about WalMart Fix your system 2021-12-25T10:56:15Z
