Wowthis place Lets see where to begin First off seeing that this is the Brighton center and they are all for helping people youd think it would be great People here are extremely rude Staff I went in this place to get some information so that I could take it to my church I was told by a resident to stay by the door I couldnt even walk in She said she could get into trouble Okayunderstand thatseeing as that may be the rule there Anyhow she went back to get a staff member to come out and talk with me The lady was extremely rude She wouldnt even let me up past the entry way She said she was on her lunch break and had to get back to it so if I could make or quick that would be great Her words She didnt want to give me any brochures or any information on programs etc Seeing as there are brochures right in the entry way She said I couldnt take any Unbelievable Thanks Brighton center and all the amazing services you provide more ... hide ...

My wife and I rented one of these town homes a few years ago It was our first place together We loved the layout there was plenty of space they had just updated all of the appliances and it was right off the expressway It seemed like the perfect first home for usnnA couple months after moving in however we started having problems with our neighbors Come to find out a couple years later at the time they were section 8 housing something of which was not mentioned to us when we moved in We were smack dab in the middle of 4 Somalian families They would have people from out of townout of the country come and stay for extended visits which always made parking a nightmare I mean really we would have to park 5 or 6 house down from where we lived most of the time They would smoke inside their houses and til this day I still cant figure out how it leaked into our housennThere was also a time where one of the pipes busted in our downstairs bathroom and it began to leak out into the living room Maintenance sawed out a big chunk of the wall in the bathroom and then left it there We ended up having to pay someone to come out and clean the carpet Eventually we decided that when our lease was up we were outnnWhen it came to us moving out we wanted to make sure we got our security deposit back at the time I think it was like 300 We always kept the place clean and tidy so there really wasnt much for us to do but we made sure we scrubbed that place clean before we left We tried to contact them after we moved out about the deposit 5 years later still no wordnnTo make matters worse when we were living there we had a cheap little 30 firepit on the back patio When we moved all of the inside stuff out and came back to get the last couple things someone stole our firepitit still had burnt pieces of wood in it When I pulled up to the house our next door neighbors had their POS car sideways across 3 parking spaces They had jacked up the front of the car took the wheels off laid them down flat and then sat the car back down on top of the wheels When I walked up to the front door I looked over and saw the engine sitting in the bushesI really wish I still had the pictures more ... hide ...

I dont work here but I do know a few people who live here and they are all very happy with the place Only issue I know if is parking not enough places to park

The maintenance man here cant be trusted He has been known to steal from apts while tenants live there The people who works the office is very hard to contact even when there is a emergency They can be in office and they dont answer the door which is always lock and they always let calls go to voicemail
