Being a new home owner creates its own challenges in itself when learning about different processes that could take place when submitting a payment I recently made a payment on the account on November 10th 2022 Two different cards have been used on this account and nothing was ever said about the account not holding both cards I had spoken to several individuals on the phone when the payment wasnt coming through as it normally would and they lady assured me that they could see the payments and that the process was just slow due to a holiday and that no late fees would be applied cause I directly ask for that information I recently got a letter in the mail saying late fees are now due and that it would be added to the next bill Upon calling today I spoke with a lady who was unhelpful in the process and ignored everything I said about the last time I had called It is unfair to people that are trying to do what is right by paying bills correctly but when people are giving off different information it creates a big issue within the company Dont have someone stating certain information and then someone else running with a different set of information Sadly we live in a world in which we just love to punish people when information isnt made clear or when they see a problem they dont actually tell you in the moment and they wait to stick it to you when the mistake is made I can promise you that once its time I will be removing myself and my loan from KHC Its truly been nothing but a hassle since the loan was taken over by them in April of 2022 more ... hide ...
