I moved into Briarwood in April so Ive been here four months I must say that I am extremely happy and feel very lucky to live herennThe staff members are super friendly and always eager to listen and respond to requests for maintenance or explanations I might need And its not just that they respondthey reach out For instance if the water must be shut off for any reason they bring bottled water When the electricity went off through no fault of their own they offered to take us to the movies and were going to buy us supper if it hadnt come back on They advise us of everything before it happens with a little note on our door Today my commode wouldnt stop flushing so I put in a work order I had barely done so when someone showed up at my door and immediately fixed the problemnnMy apartment is quite large and I have plenty of storage space I also have a very nice balcony and a nice view The other residents are quiet and friendly but not overly friendly I have lived in apartment complexes before and this one outshines the others by far There are other amenities I havent mentioned because I dont use themlike a bus that comes each week to take people places There is also a city bus stop right out front Oh and parking is free for residents and their guestsnnMy exhusband lives down the hall from me Every so often he mentions how happy he is to live here and how much nicer it is than where we lived before Its comfortable peaceful and feels like home What more could we ask for more ... hide ...
