I lived in these townhomes for 4 years For the first 2 years it was owned and operated by a really bad company They were rude always did poor repair work and were just the typical slum lord type Then the company was bought and changed its name to saddle run They did upgrades like fully redone kitchens bathrooms and even added new ac units along with a washer

I lived in these townhomes for 4 years For the first 2 years it was owned and operated by a really bad company They were rude always did poor repair work and were just the typical slum lord type Then the company was bought and changed its name to saddle run They did upgrades like fully redone kitchens bathrooms and even added new ac units along with a washer and dryer connectionnnThe property under went some changes with new playground equipment and new coat of paint However this came with a cost The property now became income based and anyone making over that amount would be evicted from the property Each year they asked for all your financial information including banking information or you would be evicted even if you werent on financial assistancennThe property quickly took a turn with how much trash was left scattered around the property There were car breaking and one lady had a gun shoved in her face as she was robbed in her apartment There was a police shootout a fire multiple police foot chases through the property and increase of drug activity I reported multiple neighbors but nothing happened regardless of the infractions of loud music fighting parking issues vandalism and the drugs Hell even one of their employees stole 200 in cash and other items valuing another 100 from my apartment Never got an apology from the apartment complexnnThe best was when I moved out they screwed me out of 7250 I moved out on August 31 and left two sets of keys in the apartment including mailbox keys I locked up the apartment with a third key I had Since it was after hours on Saturday because they were closed early for Labor Day weekend I decided instead of dropping it in the mail slot since I didnt have an envelope to put it in that Id bring it by the next day they were open I showed up on 92 Labor day thinking maybe someone might be in the office but they werent So I returned the next morning to drop off the final key Then I have to wait for a month for them to refund me my deposit minus the 7250 which didnt state why When I call no one answered of returned a call So I emailed and was told because I didnt turn in my key until the 3rd that I was prorated rent Never mind the two keys that were left in the apartment Upon telling them this and that I felt I was still owed my full deposit back they decided to stop emailing or answering my callsnnMinus the upgrades to the units which werent bad the property has continued to go down hill Cable wiring is horrible and because the complex wouldnt sign a repair deal with spectrum they wont touch the wires in the unit making connection poor Carpets are nasty and the whole four years I lived there my unit had a door frame that was held together by putty It was unsafe after being booted in and never closed or locked properly in the summer So Ill leave this place with a 2 stars that it deserves Wouldnt recommend for anyone who has families
