Im a former resident the manager Shockingly has been evicting people who have shown numerous receipts proving that they are not in arrears for past RENT and deposit Previous manager and a resident at the time had been VERY CLEARLY been EMBEZZLING money given in cash and the new regional manager Ms Ann Miller denied the evidence given and copied by herself She has also been attempting to collect the money claimed owed The credit bureau has been notified Ive been homeless because of this for over a year There have been no reports of this made to the police department no investigation into the property No help given by the attorney General offices referral back to police Many residents have diligently made contact with various other agencies and NO ONE ELSE HAS REACTED TO WHAT IS STILL HAPPENING AFTER ALMOST 2 YRS Current residents are terrified of the probability of eviction if complaints are made The property is a nightmare being managed by the City council member of Versailles ky Ann Miller Not to mention the abuse of power and disabled handicapped and elderly people who are and have been residents of MALABU MANOR APARTMENT AND FRANKLIN MANAGEMENT COMPANY LLC LOUISVILLE KY What to do now Find a good attorney more ... hide ...

lt is a wonderful place to live and raise a family l love living here l am wheelchair and bed ridden and they are so good and helpful to me and check in on me make sure l am ok the lanslord is amazing she really cares about you and your like family to her your nt just a number or sign like most places treat you and all the employees are great and caring peo 2013-02-19T18:53:29Z
