It was terrible here Would have rated a zero if I could Nikki was the worst leasing agent Ive ever encountered When we first moved in she wanted us to lie on our application since we made too much money combined She wanted me to fake getting fired so she could get us in I refused but ultimately had to leave work due to high risk pregnancy anyway When we went to sign our lease she had a lady come in who was three months late on rent pay it all at once Keep that in mind After a few months we began noticing parking issues We never had two spaces to park There were cars that were stationary outside our apartment for FIVE MONTHS and she never did anything when confronted All she would do is say she would put a tow sticker on it but never followed through Half the time we were stuck parking at the clubhouse or in other peoples spots which started causing us to be harassed and our cars vandalized Someone carved F YOU in our windshield One month we were late due to me being in a car accident while pregnant and our car being totalled We said we would pay that month and the next months at the same time She said no and said she needed it all now But let others pay months later One evening I got a knock on my door from Jehovahs witnesses and they soecifically asked for our three year old daughter Complete strangers who somehow knew a toddler with her name lived here Two days later Nikki came to our door and said someone with the same last name as us which is not common moved in but couldnt pay rent so a church was paying since she is disabled and she coincidentally had the reverse of our apartment number so if they knocked to tell them to go to the clubhouse Kinda weird and a little too coincidental but we dismissed it Well our final straw was when my husband left for work and instantly I was awaken by a beating at my door from the police They said my husband hit a kid with his car and drove off Also we were accused of being drug dealers and drug addicts My husband and I have never even smoked a cigarette When he got home the police tested us and looked at our cars for damage from the supposed hit and run All came clear and the police said they thought the allegations were ludacris and told us we should vacate since we were not the first people having issues there He had answered many calls from this place We finally decided it was best to move When we moved they said we didnt pay THREE MONTHS OF RENT luckily we kept the money order receipts Come to find out she was telling churches our THREE YEAR OLD has cancer and was making churches AND us pay rent but kept the money herself Now we are being told we owe the establishment 3000 dollars when the district manager himself said we were fine and our deposit covered all other charges since we could prove we paid every month we lived there and he had leased the apartment out before we even moved This place is awful Never live here more ... hide ...
