Was approved but I purposely revoked my application nApartment manager is ScandalousnnWe went on our tour 727 the living room space is extremely small You cant tell the difference between the living and dining rooms because it is the exact same size But because of our conditions we were willing to look past itnnCameron who the apt manager Christina says she fired within this week told us there is molding in other units because of the rain Still looked past thatnnWe were told if we didnt put down a security deposit before the 2nd week of Aug there will be no vacancies We gave them 250 security 200 pet on 730nnWe were told once we pay the app fee get approved and pay rent we will be finished I was also told by cameron that the apps are sameday process so wed get a call later in the afternoon We never received a call nnWe called the office ourselves because we never got a call but they didnt answer the phone The next day Friday we called again spoke with the apartment manager Christina and she told us give her a minute to run our numbers shed call us later that afternoon again Never got a call so i called 430 before they closed she said she didnt get anything back and said shed get to it MonnnWe called late Monday 83 around 12PM and Christina says they havent gotten to it yet that wed get a call later on that day Never received a call just another unfulfilled promisennIt has now been 7 days not counting the weekend that our applications has not been processed We never rushed them we were always nice met the dead line they set All we asked was for them to communicate if there will be a delay in the process Instead they told us day after day they would get to it and never did Meanwhile my sister and I are waiting days for them to just get started on our apps so we can move Christina was nasty and rude I just totally do not recommend this place Great move in special but over priced floor plans They seem money hungry and they do not respect tenants Well they didnt respect me or my time and im not even a tenant yetnnI called her today Wed 85 ask if she processed it yet told her the strain shes put on us for prolonging our process Coincidentally she calls back 15 min later says im approved but i would have to pay an extra 250 8750 for unfavorable payment history Now i am more than welcome to paying extra for my past credit history but we were never told about it And the fact after a full week of us calling them now we are all of a sudden approved and owing of another 340 because of my creditnnTo me that sounds real scandalous and considering the fact they rushed us to give them the 450 for security pet held it for a week told us each day of that week that they would call us later in the afternoon BUT NEVER DID is really dishonest and it is poor communication I am not even a tenant yet and would have given them 1400 just to move in AND THATS WITH the move in special With their attitudes I think notnnIve never wrote a review about anything in my life but this place is money hungry and if its not corp than it is the management in the leasing office They were completely dishonest untrustworthy we were approved but backed out because of poor communication DENYING certain phone call conversations and just flat out giving us the run around taking their time to handle businessnnI just want to save you guys a headache more ... hide ...

These Apartments are now called Da Vinci Square and managed by Nola Developers I have been here for a couple of months These Apartments were not ready for people to move into but they still moved people in and the tenants here have had to keep putting in maintenance requests for things to get done These are newly renovated Apartments with Brand new stoves si 2019-12-19T03:39:43Z
These Apartments are now called Da Vinci Square and managed by Nola Developers I have been here for a couple of months These Apartments were not ready for people to move into but they still moved people in and the tenants here have had to keep putting in maintenance requests for things to get done These are newly renovated Apartments with Brand new stoves sinks refrigerator and blinds However there has been no laundry site here meaning paying tenants are having to go to the Laundromat to do their Laundry They finally put in washers and dryers last week but havent bothered to notify the tenants that this facility is now available The gates here dont work properly There seems to be a way to have the gate unlocked even when the gate is closed and until you dont figure out how to put this in the lock position anyone can walk in here and walk around The security here needs to be tighter There is a broken gate at the back and people who dont even live here just walk in and around and Nola Developers know about this but havent done anything about it There was so much glue on the floor of my Apartment I have had to clean the floor 4 times with a brillo pad and the glue still seeps up from between the flooring It is quiet over here so far but these Apartments are next to Saia park which is taken over by African Americans who openly smoke marijuana drink alcohol in front of children and the Park Rangers just sit there and dont do nothing Dont take your children to that park There is no such things as a Police Lounge like they claim I dont know what the Police Lounge is supposed to do or mean There are just paying tenants living here There is an apartment here that smells of weed when I walk by I guess Nola Developers dont care about that either more ... hide ...

This has been a very nice place to live Everyone is family oriented keep to themselves and no drama They only issue you may have is kids playing in the street and gunshots from the surrounding area Lastly you can expect a rent increase yearly Otherwise I would have given this establishment a 5 star rating
