010 would recommend this place The entire experience was very ghetto When I first moved in the cooling system was broken as well as the dishwasher and sink It took months for them to actually fix the air and they never fixed the dishwasher The toilets were continuously clogging and soaking the carpets and the previous landlord refused to pull up the carpets 2021-11-05T04:13:51Z
010 would recommend this place The entire experience was very ghetto When I first moved in the cooling system was broken as well as the dishwasher and sink It took months for them to actually fix the air and they never fixed the dishwasher The toilets were continuously clogging and soaking the carpets and the previous landlord refused to pull up the carpets and put little effort towards fixing the toilets When the carpet was finally pulled up after about a year the landlord wanted to leave the molding wall as is The oven was also broken and dont even get me started on the washing machine very ghetto Anyone with floors are susceptible to an ant infestation due to the gaps between the wall and floor They go up on the rent but will not actually put the money towards fixing the place up The experience was very tacky and ghetto and the current landlord and the one before her were very unprofessional and messy Also the central air kept leaking contributing to the mold under the carpet which got me sick on multiple occasions I dont know who is recommending these landlords but something needs to change starting from where they are getting these unsuitable people Dont waste your time here unless youre personal friends or family of these negligent folks more ... hide ...
